概    述

PPP（Public-Private Partnership，政府和社会资本合作）模式在我国基础设施与公共服务领域的推广正如火如荼，这与市场在资源配置中的决定性作用和更好的发挥政府在经济中的引导性作用的出发点，创新基础设施投融资和建设模式是高度契合的。

PPP涉及面极广，非任何单个学科可覆盖，而且理论前沿性和实务操作性极强，需要复合型人才和复合型团队，需要理论密切结合实践系统学习。
